Washington (DC News Now) — Virginia Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger (D) delivered her final speech on the House floor this week. She is saying goodbye to the halls of Congress and looking for a bigger role in the commonwealth.
Since Rep. Spanberger is running for the Democratic nomination for Governor of Virginia, DC News Now reached out to Lt. Gov. Winsome Earl-Sears. Earl-Sears is running for the Republican nomination for Governor of Virginia. She did not get back to us, but we look forward to speaking with her in the new year.
