Regional Political Director
The Abigail Spanberger for Governor campaign is seeking Regional Political Directors to drive the campaign’s political strategy within a designated region. This position involves building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and coordinating grassroots efforts to implement the overall political outreach strategy.
Regional Political Directors will report directly to the Political Director. These are full-time positions based in key geographic regions in Virginia.
Field Organizer
The Abigail Spanberger for Governor Campaign is seeking dedicated Field Organizers to organize communities across Virginia in 2025. We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals who are committed to building the grassroots organizing operation needed to win Virginia elections in 2025.
The Field Organizer will report directly to the Regional Organizing Director. This is a full-time position based in Virginia.
Regional Organizing Director

We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who are committed to building the grassroots organizing operation needed to win Virginia elections in 2025.
The Regional Organizing Director will report directly to the Deputy Organizing Director. This is a full-time position based in Virginia.
Deputy Organizing Director
The Abigail Spanberger for Governor Campaign is seeking an experienced Deputy Organizing Director to help build the grassroots organizing operation needed to win Virginia elections in 2025.
The Deputy Organizing Director will report directly to the Organizing Director. This is a full-time position based in Virginia.
Deputy Research Director
The Abigail Spanberger for Governor Campaign is seeking an experienced Deputy Research Director to take the lead on conducting long and short term research projects and help oversee the planning and execution of research projects and programs.
The Deputy Research Director will report directly to the Research Director. This is a full-time position based in Virginia.
Deputy Digital Director for Content
The Spanberger for Governor campaign is seeking an organized, creative, and highly motivated team player to serve as Deputy Digital Director for Content. This role will report directly to the Digital Director and work with them to develop and oversee content and partnerships strategies, content creation, and platform management for the campaign.
This role is based out of Richmond, Virginia.
Volunteer Organizing Fellowship
We are recruiting, organized, driven, and enthusiastic team players looking to learn from and be a part of one of the most high-profile races in the nation in 2025.
This is a volunteer position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week housed within the Organizing Department.
